Otherwise Thor went 6 strong innings allowing just 3 hits 1 run (earned) he walked 1 and struck out 5.  He notches his 1st ML win he’s now 1-1.

You can't send this guy down when Gee is ready, right?

My vote would be Gee to the pen for 2-inning long man relief and Robles back to Las Vegas

No rest Monday... 4 game series with the Cardianls. I'll gladly take two right now move on to the next series.

I agree. Unless they can get something for Gee. There are several teams that have really bad pitching. You would think Sandy could get something for him. Matz is also ready and Montero should be close to returning.
I would also like to see the Mets make a deal with the Twins so they can send Gilmartin down and stretch him out when Blevins comes back. The Mets could have a very crowded and talented pen in a month or so. They could be thin on starting depth if they decide to trade Matz for someone like Tulo.

Injuries have a way of creating depth sometimes...

Noah Syndergaard is no longer a minor leaguer.......I assume things will play itself out here.

I'm all for Gee in the pen. Think he'd do well. But spontaneous dyslexia? Because that said 98 yesterday, not 89. Send someone else. Robles/Goeddel in the 8th until Black/Parnell come back!
